Shipping policy

We ship all orders from the United States.

1. Processing Time

Most cutting boards ship within 5–10 business days. Custom orders or add-ons may take longer. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and package size.

3. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage for assistance.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
