Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in crafting high-quality, handmade cutting boards using premium hardwoods. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled with care and fairness to both parties.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please include your order number and reason for the return when reaching out.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your board arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will either:
• Send a replacement (when possible), or
• Issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each board is handmade, custom-sized boards and boards with add-on features (like juice grooves or handle cutouts) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
