By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users and customers of our products and website.

1. Product Information

Each cutting board is handmade from high-quality hardwoods. Because of natural wood variations, no two boards are exactly alike. Minor differences in color, grain, and dimensions are part of the uniqueness and not considered defects.

2. Orders

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom boards or add-ons may require additional time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product designs, and branding are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of cutting boards (such as dishwasher use, prolonged water exposure, etc.). Instructions for care are provided with every purchase.
