Walnut Espresso Machine Tray For A More Refined Coffee Station

The Press is a handcrafted solid walnut espresso machine tray designed to bring movement, organization, and quiet luxury to your daily coffee routine.

Built with a refined 1.25-inch walnut profile and smooth rolling brass casters, this espresso machine platform allows you to slide your machine forward for cleaning, refilling, and easier access without dragging heavy equipment across your countertop.

What The Press Solves

Most home espresso machines are heavy, difficult to move, and awkward to access beneath upper cabinets. Refilling the water tank, cleaning behind the machine, reaching cords, or repositioning your setup can quickly become frustrating.

The Press solves that problem with a furniture inspired walnut coffee station platform that is both functional and visually elevated. It helps protect your countertop, improves daily access, and turns your espresso setup into a more intentional part of your kitchen.

  • Slides your espresso machine forward for easier refilling and cleaning
  • Helps prevent countertop scratches from dragging heavy machines
  • Creates a cleaner and more organized coffee station
  • Adds warmth, depth, and solid walnut character to your kitchen
  • Designed for Breville, DeLonghi, Gaggia, and other home espresso machines

Premium Solid Walnut Construction

Each espresso machine tray is handcrafted from solid walnut and finished by hand to highlight the natural grain, depth, and warmth of the wood. No veneers. No particle board. No artificial shortcuts.

The 1.25-inch profile gives The Press a refined, furniture-quality presence that feels far more refined than a standard appliance slider, bamboo tray, or plastic coffee machine mat.

  • Solid walnut construction
  • 1.25-inch handcrafted profile
  • Smooth rolling brass caster wheels
  • Hand finished oil and wax blend
  • Natural grain variation makes every piece one of a kind

Surface Care

Designed for smooth movement and everyday use on clean, dry surfaces.

As with all movable countertop accessories, fine particles such as coffee grounds, salt, or grit may become trapped beneath the wheels during normal use. Under pressure and movement, these particles may create subtle surface marks on certain stone or delicate countertop materials.

For added protection, routine cleaning beneath the platform and wheels is recommended. Customers with delicate or high polish surfaces may prefer to use a soft protective barrier such as a silicone mat, felt pad, or linen towel beneath the platform.

Available Sizes

The Press is available in five sizes, designed around common espresso machine footprints and the way real coffee stations are used every day.

The Shot 16" x 14"
The Double 18" x 16"
The Barista 22" x 18"
The Crema 24" x 20"
The Estate 30" x 20"

Designed For Popular Espresso Machines

The Press is designed for many popular home espresso machines including Breville Bambino, Breville Barista Express, Breville Barista Pro, Breville Barista Touch, DeLonghi Dedica, DeLonghi La Specialista, Gaggia Classic Pro, and similar coffee machine setups.

For compact machines, The Shot or The Double may be the best fit. For most premium home espresso setups, The Barista offers the strongest balance of size, function, and visual presence. For larger machines, grinders, or full coffee bar layouts, The Crema and The Estate create a more complete coffee station platform.

A Better Coffee Experience

Your coffee station should feel intentional, not cluttered. The Press brings together the function of a rolling espresso machine tray, the warmth of solid walnut, and the presence of a handcrafted furniture piece.

It is designed for those who care about the details: the feel of the wood, the ease of movement, the organization of the counter, and the quiet ritual of making coffee in a space that feels considered.

Natural Material Variation

This Board & Grain piece is made from genuine American walnut. Color, grain and tonal variation are inherent to natural hardwood, making every piece unique. Walnut may range from warm medium brown to deep chocolate tones. Individual pieces may differ from product photography or previously purchased pieces.

The measure of a good fit

Make room for your daily ritual.

Measure the complete footprint of everything that will rest on the tray, including the machine’s feet. Add the border you prefer, then compare the five current Press sizes below.

Make room for your daily ritual.
SizeWidth × depthCurrent price
The Shot16 × 14 in$260.00
The Double18 × 16 in$335.00
The Barista22 × 18 in$460.00
The Crema24 × 20 in$555.00
The Estate30 × 20 in$695.00

This is a footprint comparison, not a tested machine compatibility guarantee. Keep every foot supported. Check tank access, cords and the space required to move the tray. Follow your appliance manufacturer’s clearance instructions.

Check the space above, too.

The walnut board is 1.25 inches thick. Cabinet clearance must also allow for the casters, machine height and any lid or reservoir you open from above. Ask the workshop for the current total platform height, including casters, before ordering for a tight space.

Worked example: equipment measuring 12 × 14 inches, with a 1-inch border on every side, needs at least 14 × 16 inches. The Double’s 18 × 16-inch footprint meets those measurements in the stated orientation; the Shot’s 14-inch depth does not.

A considered choice

Measure the machine. Consider the whole ritual.

The right espresso machine tray supports the complete footprint and leaves room for the way you refill, clean and make coffee.

How do I choose an espresso machine tray size?

Measure the machine base from side to side and front to back, including every foot. Then allow room for cords, tank access and any grinder sharing the platform. Compare the full setup with the five standard Press footprints, rather than selecting by machine brand alone.

Will my espresso machine still fit below the cabinet?

Measure from the counter to the lowest part of the cabinet. Compare that opening with your machine height plus the complete platform height, including its wheels. The 1.25-inch walnut board thickness is not the total lift. For a close clearance, share your measurements before ordering.

Can The Press be made in a custom size?

Yes. Use the custom size form on The Press page to enter your finished width and depth. Include your machine model and any cabinet clearance constraints so the finished fit can be reviewed.
