The Heritage profile is built at 1.5 inches thick, giving the board a balanced presence on the countertop. It is designed for customers who want a substantial handcrafted board that still feels comfortable for everyday handling.
Slimline offers a lighter 1.25 inch profile. Heirloom offers the most substantial 2 inch profile. Heritage sits between them as the balanced thickness, made for daily function, refined presence, and long-term durability.
